• Infrastructure & MEP Equipment: Upgrading essential utilities, chilled water production, generators, and substations for efficiency and reliability.

• Civil & Architectural Works: Structural improvements, façade refinements, and premium aesthetic enhancements.

• Interior Design & FF&E: Luxury materials, tailored furnishing, and optimized spatial layouts for elegance and functionality.

• Kids Zone Development: Thoughtfully designed spaces tailored for engagement, safety, and modern educational or recreational needs.
