Project Title: Misk School Construction & Comprehensive Infrastructure Development

Overview: The project involved the construction of the Misk School, covering a total built-up area of 5,000m², with a project value of 59 million Saudi Riyals (MSR). Completed in September 2017, the school integrates modern infrastructure, civil engineering works, architectural enhancements, electro-mechanical systems, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) elements to create a functional and aesthetically refined educational environment.

Scope of Work:

• Infrastructure: Development of essential utilities, transportation access, and network systems.

• Civil & Architectural: Structural integrity, design refinements, and high-quality finishes.

• Electro-Mechanical: Installation of advanced HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for efficiency.

• Interior Design & FF&E: Premium furnishings and optimized spatial layouts to enhance functionality and learning experiences.

WITH OVER 5000 m2 AND A BUDGET BEYOND 59m sar, PROJECT WAS DELIVERED IN SEPTEMBER 2017
