Technical & Design Department
- Core Functions
Lead multidisciplinary design: civil, structural, architectural, interior, MEP, landscaping, geotechnical.
Align consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Deliver high-quality, cost-efficient, and aesthetically refined projects. - Design & Build Projects:
Develop concepts, DDD, BOD, IFC, SPC, BOQ, SOW.
Create drawings for undocumented buildings. - Execution-Only Projects:
Produce SHD, PRQ, MAT, MST, CLC, RPT.
Finalize close-out docs: ASR, OMM, TRA, MML, RPD, ASB. - Tendering & Estimation
Provide methodologies, logistics, procurement strategies and BOQs. - Oversight & Coordination:
Manage subcontractors and design offices; review deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and teams support PMs.
Generate reports, tenders , ensure compliance. - Controls & Commercial
Monitor progress, QA/QC, risks, and schedules.
Support bids, contracts, claims, and legal coordination.
Drive strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration.
