Project Title: Comprehensive Infrastructure Upgrade & High-End Renovation

Overview:

We are proud to partner with King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST) on a landmark 24-month project scheduled from October 2022 to October 2024. This initiative reflects our commitment to excellence in delivering cutting-edge construction and EPC solutions. The project encompasses the full spectrum of development—from infrastructure and civil works to architectural detailing, electro-mechanical systems, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Scope of Work:

Spanning a built-up area of 12,000 square meters and valued at over 230 million SAR, the KAUST Innovation Hub is designed to embody forward-thinking design, operational efficiency, and sustainable engineering. Our multidisciplinary team is driving every phase with precision and innovation, ensuring that the final outcome aligns with KAUST’s vision for scientific advancement and architectural distinction.
